Advance payment made by newly appointed Independent Representatives for enrollment to ward purchasing one of the products among the various products/services offered shall not be refunded under any Circumstances, Instead they shall pay the balance Amount and collect product/services desired.
Any individual who purchases company's directly from the company, becomes an Independent Representatives of the company where by the amount is not refundable.
The minimum age requirement to become compnay's Independent Representative is 18 years. The minumum age of a Independent Representative should be 18 years. He/She should be liable to understand company's marketing plan and the network marketing business.
Independent Representative he/she shall be paid incentives as per the marketing plan. The marketing plan shall be liable to reduction alteration or revision at the option of company and without giving any prior intimation or notice. As distributors are entitled to receive incentives as per the marketing plan, the company reserves the right to make any change in the marketing plan for the betterment of the distrubutors and the company.
Independent Representative of the company is entiled to receive the incentive as per the marketing plan. Indepen dent presentative will not be member or the staff or employee of the company. Independent Representative will be entitled to receive incentive from the company, the are not a staff or employee of the company. He will not be entitled to greatuity ESI provident fund or any other benefits enjoyed by the members of the company's staff.
Idependent Representative will receive their incentives only form of cheques. There will be Monthly closing ofsales, whatever incentive Independent Representative will receive. It will be in the form of cheques only.
If any independent Representative owes any liablility to the company will debit the same from his/her incetive. If any independent Representative owes any liability to company the company has the right to deduct the same from his/her incentive.
Inepefident Representative can not collect cash outside the office. Any Independent Representative is not allowed to collect cash on behalf of the company, because we are in a network marketing company any bod who joins directly to the company.
No Independent Representative can use the trade name, trade mark or logo of the company for any purpose. No Independent Representative is allowed to use company logo trade name & trade mark without written persission from the company.
Company reserves its right to grand permission for transfer to trade mark & from one sponsor to another. It there will be any serious dispute with the sponsor company reserves its right to grand permission for transfer of Independent Representative from one sponsor to another.
Any Independent Representative is not permitted to join any other network marketing company. No. Independent Representative is allowed to join two network at one time. He/She to resign from the network than only he/she is allowed to join any other network while resigning He/She as to surrender his/her ID Card which a property of company any misuse by IR may cause legal action against him/her.
The company reserves the right to terminate any distributor/Independent Representative. The Company reserves the right to terminate any distributor/Independent Representative due to the violation of Big. Brothers Marketing com. rules and rgulations or hampering the dignity of the company, when the I.R. gets terminated he/she has to surrender his/her ID card which is a property of the company any misuse by IR may cause action legal action against him/her.
In case of termination or resignation of any Independent Representative, his/her downline be moved up to the next immediate upline or it will be decided by the company. As any Independent Representative resigned or terminated than his/her downline will be moved up to the next upline and if there would be any thing wrong with the network than the company has the right to decide the subsitute up line for the that downlin.
In case of dispute, Jurisdictions will be Narnaul (Hry.) The company is going to open office in various part of the country but Head Office will be in Narnaul only. Incase of any dispute Jurisiction will be in Narnaul only.
No Independent Representative is allowed to make his/her personal correspondence at any of the company's office and head office like personal letter phone numbers etc.
Only hunband and wife can do this business in partnership. The partnership is allowed between husband and wife because tney are natural partners. The also have to decide that who will be an active partner and with whom the company shall deal.
Right of Nominee. In case of death is Independent Representative, the nominee will be entitled to receive incentive cheque.
Every Independent Representative is individually responsible for his/her income Tax Return.
The con pany has reserved the rights to change our business plan at any time without notice to distributors.
